Jean was a beautiful caring elegant person & dancer! My father Ray Hirsch knew her from dancing from long ago. They were invited to “Rock that Swing” in Munich Germany a few times & one time I accompanied my dad. Loved being with Jean. Boy she could dance*so smooth & fun & such style ***there’s lotsa history they both portray from Lindy, Swing Shag & tap era! (& movies)

I am saddened to learn of Jean's passing. She embodied an Era of swing dancing that's as wonderful to watch today as when she appeared in pictures.

Such an incredible dancer, so exciting to watch over the years. Her long career in dancing will be remembered as she inspired so many. Heartfelt condolences to the Veloz family, so very sorry for your loss, may God be with you as you go through this very difficult time.
