Not sure what to say?

My thoughts are with the entire Welch family. Mrs Welch was such a kind and caring person. She left us all with some very special memories. I feel very lucky to have known her.

For Mrs. Welch

to all of us AL kids who were fortunate to have known you.

I can only echo everything Tammy has to say. Mrs. Welch was a mentor and savior to me as a child and young teen. Her door and heart were always open despite her already overly-full life and responsibilities. She was a special person on this earth and I am so privileged to have known her. My love and sympathies to all the family.

Jean (Mrs. Welch) was like a second mom to me when I was little- I always felt welcome, like one of her own, and have many, many fond memories of her and of times spent running around their house with "all the boys" back in AL...My prayers and heartfelt sympathy go out to all of the family.

What a wonderful mother and woman Jean was--I well remember my brother saying "If only I had more Jean Welches in my life....." I still have the beautiful letter she wrote me when he died. My thoughts go to the entire Welch family at this time of your loss

Oh no! Jean is the best! I have memory after memory of her and you guys. Every time she hugged me I felt "home". I just loved that woman. A great combination of loving and feistiness. I'm so sorry all of you. I'm crying as I write this.
She's on a bullet train to Heaven. For sure.
