Kyllonen, Jeanette Helen Mlinar born March 23, 1932, died December 24, 2007 In the company of her family. She was born in Pine Center, MN and lived in Sun City Center, Florida since 1997. Jeanette was a registered nurse before marrying and raising four children with her husband, Ronald R. Kyllonen. She enjoyed music, traveling, her grandchildren and foxhunting. In her retirement she met and loved Charles Thompson, also of Sun City Center. They traveled the globe together, danced the nights away, and she took up golfing to spend more hours with him. Jeanette was active in her Florida community, becoming an EMT and a pianist in a musical quartet. She is survived by her children, Anne Donahoe, David Kyllonen, Sue Kyllonen and Jane Martinson; their father; and her four grandchildren, Kelsey and Travis Donahoe and Taro and Nikki Kyllonen; brothers, Russell and Jerry Mlinar. A celebration of her life will be held this spring at the home of her daughter, Anne. Donations may be made to breast cancer research. Gearty-Delmore 763-553-1411

Dear Sue, Anne and Jane,
Even though I never knew your mom, I still feel a part of her after hearing the many wonderful stories of her courage and zest for life. She must have been not only a super woman, but an amazing mother. After getting to know the three of you, I have seen so many talents and gifts that were obviously passed on to you. I know that your mom is still with you and so very proud of the women that you've all become.

Dear Sue, Anne, Jane, and David,
I'll always remember Jeanette as one of the horse show moms who taught us all to work hard and play fair in competition. She knew what was most important - doing our best and having fun. I know she must have been comforted by your trip to get her and bring her home. You are an amazing family, and will continue to be so, with many thanks to Jeanette.

Anne, Sue, Jane and David:
Your mother has been a part of my remarks to every new season of foxhunters since I started leading fields as a member of the Long Lake Hounds nearly 29 years ago and now with the Santa Ynez Valley Hounds. She helped us understand more and appreciate so much about the sport. She will never know how many people she helped do more than just ride around the pastures as a result of her explanations of what we were seeing.
