Not sure what to say?

The time spent with Ms. Jeanette was special. She offered many words of wisdom and tid bits of her life's experiences. She joked often and shared many sayings from her brother jack. One of hers was; A little powder and a lil paint make ya what ya ain't. We laughed often that was the good medicine. I knew her to be prayerful and very charitable with caring and loving ways. Quite inspirational. God bless her. A beautiful legend

Anna, I'm so sorry to learn of your loss and please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Although I only met aunt Jeanette a few times, she was much loved by my family. My father always spoke of how kind and gracious she was to him when she visited them in New Orleans. A few years ago, as an adult, I had the good fortune of seeing her and Uncle Freddy. Although I arrived unannounced and they had been ill, they could not have been more welcoming to their long lost niece. I share your sorrow. May she be in the company of angels.

To the Pou Family: I have warm and wonderful memories of you Mother. Very sorry for your tremedous loss. I always admired her strength and gracious calmness. She had quite a sense of humor too. Ava Wichser Romair

Anna Maria and Peggy,
Thinking of you and sending hugs your way.

Jeannie and Linda,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I will always remember her as a strong and beautiful lady. My thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.

To Anna Maria,Peggy, and the entire Pou family:
We are sorry for your loss of quite the matriarch. How I loved hanging out at your house as a child and playing there, only after you finished your piano lessons though. What an elegant lady. We know she will be sorely missed.
All our love and prayers.
Annette and Frank Loria

Joe, I was not able to come to your sister's funeral as I was participating in Fr. Donald Hawkins funeral at approximately the same time. Fr Hawkins was a Jesuit who taught here for some years. Please convey my sympathy to the rest of the family. I taught Fred Pou when he was a student here and I had not heard that he was deseased. I will remember her in my Masses and prayers. Norman O'Neal, S.J.

To the Pou family,

We are saddened to hear about Jeanette's passing. She was a beautiful lady, and we were blessed by her presence in our lives. With sympathy,
