I am so sorry to hear this news just now. Jeanette and my mother Hermine, were best friends and I spoke to her quite often and did my oldest son, Zachary. She was a comforting face for me at his bar mitzvah and always had kind words. May her memory be a blessing.

I was so very sorry to hear this news from my beloved aunt, Muriel Wilson, Jeanette's cousin, only today, so many months later. It was a special pleasure to have been able to spend time with Jeanette and Ira in Williamstown, MA when I was a visiting professor at Williams College. We had the pleasure of knowing Jeanette in Sarasota, Florida, and enjoyed many activities and social events with her in the community.
