I was very good friends with Jeanette at Madison High School from 1973 to 1977. We were in freshman typing and short hand class together. She was way better than me at short hand! She was so fast at it, it just came naturally to her. She and I also spent a lot of time together with our boyfriends at the time, Keith Mueller and Gordon Day, in and out of school, driving around in Keith's car to parks, rivers, Rocky Butte, and around Portland listening to all the great 70's music while cruising....
