Dear Jim and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart breaks for all of you at this time and know how much you are hurting.

Jeanne was a wonderful person and when I visited her at the nursing home with you Jim, Jeanne gave me joy when she sang with us the hymns and other songs I played for her on my IPod. I was glad she enjoyed the pictures in my book. She gave me joy in being able to make her smile.
