Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry to learn of Jeanne's passing. What a privilege it was to have her as a neighbor. I will never forget her marching with Patrick down the street to our apartment and knocking on the door inquiring about piano lessons. She was a true gem! Most of all, we loved her smiling personality and dedication to staying active as long as she did! She is missed by many and we will forever cherish her memory. With love,

Jeanne was a swimming councilor at my camp. Even though she was three years older we soon became good friends.
When she was at Cornell (did I get the school right?) she had me visit.
There is much more to say, including poems she wrote me.
Even after all these years I always missed her.
I wish you, her family my best wishes.

I am sorry for the loss of you loved one Jeanne Hammer. I knew her through the ACLU.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Hammer was my 5th grade teacher way back when. I remember her smile and enthusiasm very well. She was a born teacher!

I'm so very sorry for the loss of Mrs. Hammer. She was my teacher in 5th grade at Fabius Pompey. I remember her fondly.

I am so sorry to hear this. She was my teacher! And a great teacher at that. One of my favorites. Prayers to her family and friends.

Mrs. Hammer was my 5th grade teacher, the founding editor of the school paper, The Country Gazette, and a wonderful woman. Fabius Pompey School district students, faculty and families were extremely fortunate to have her as an educator. My condolences to her family, our thoughts and prayers go out to you this holiday season. Please know what a profound influence your mother and grandmother had on many generations of students. God bless

Nancy, I am so sorry for your lost. I can remember going to your house on Lancaster. Your mom was so kind. Cherish your memories.

Dear Family,
Our 3 children were the fortunate ones to have had your mom as their beloved teacher and mentor. She loved her "kids!"
We send our deepest sympathy in the loss of your precious mom and GRANDmother. She will always be close in your hearts and in your memories. God Bless, Jim and Shirley Wilcox
