Not sure what to say?

What will matter most, when we come to the end of our days? Did we make a difference? Were we worth our space on earth? Did we fulfill our destiny? Were we part of the solution or part of the problem? Worthy questions. But, what will matter most, when all is said and done, is God's assessment of us; hearing Him say, "Well done, good and faithful servant..." will be the words we most long to hear. Living out our life with that most important objective is what Jeanne modeled best. ...

I extend my deepest heartfelt sympathy to the Harmon/Buckli family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I know Jesus will hold you in His tender arms to comfort and carry you through this time of sorrow.
Many of my fondest childhood memories are of the times I spent with the three Buckli girls and their Mom. I had a unique perspective, I was about 6-10 years younger than them(my best "guesstimate").My memories are of a little girl looking up to young ladies she greatly admired(and still...

If Jeanne Ann would of lived in the Bible times, her life story would of been mentioned right along with the great women mentioned in the Bible. Each time something came her way to try to knock her down, her faith rose up within and God took her through.every last one......I loved being around Jeanne Ann. When she talked to you, her words always had a smile on them. Even though I am much older than her, I looked up to her. When Jeanne Ann and her family moved to Colorado, we lost touch. ...

My Aunt Jeannie was a GREAT inspiration to me. Although she had many trials to live through she remained faithful to God and she LOVED her family. She didn't let her limitations get in the way of life...I loved visiting with her and have wonderful childhood memories(especially with Grandma, Barbie and my mother Jeri...I loved to listen to them laugh). I hate that she had to leave this world so young but I know that she is dancing at the foot of CHRIST in NO pain. I will miss her and there...

I was very blessed to have Jeannie as an editor for my first two books. She was more than an editor. She was a friend. Her love for the Lord and passion for others to know Him was both refreshing and encouraging to my heart, helping me persevere against stressful deadlines for my devotional books. Jeannie was creative, kind, fun-loving, courageous, innovative, and insightful. I couldn't have asked for a better editor to work with.

Jeannie, your work is done. God has used you to...

Jeannie Harmon lived her life for her Lord. Now she's with Him--and healed of all of her illnesses. Jeannie and I carpooled our kids (amy and chad, bethany and Michael? Can't remember if he went there) to Christian Learning Center for years, since we lived a block away from each other. And we used the same wonderful babysitter together for years, too (Linda Potirus). And then we worked together at David C. Cook! Our lives were intertwined. Pat, Amy Renee and Michael...I pray God will comfort...

Never will I see a person with physical struggles the same after knowing my Aunt Jeannie. I recently talked with Bro. Stan Gleason who shared a precious memory of her singing the solo at ABI for a choir song that 'brought the house down', even then, without her eyesight. She trusted Jesus. She lived for Him. Now her reward is realized and we're all jealous. =) I'll never be able to make a cream puff ring without thinking of my talented aunt. Or drive through Elgin. Or walk through...

I've known Jeanne since she was a very young child. Even though Jeannie had so many health problems, she never let that interfere with her desires and her talents to do what she was gifted to do. She was a stabilizing force to her children and grandchildren, and her husband was wonderful to her. She is now sleeping in Jesus, and we will see her in the resurrection when Jesus comes for us.

When I was in the sixth grade (and at a public school in Ohio, mind you), I remember coming into class one day and noticing a book that a girl sitting next to me had brought in. To my surprise, when I looked down at the author's name on the cover, it was Jeanne Harmon. If you could have only seen my reaction. I nearly jumped out of my skin, I was so excited... With a smile the size and shape of North America across my face, I proudly informed my classmate, "Hey, that's my AUNT!!" Just...
