We are so very saddened to hear of Jeanne's passing. We send our deepest condolences.

I am speaking out here because my mother's life and Jeanne's crossed paths. My mother would be 116 years old today. It is not surprising that Jeanne and she became friends when they met in Paris at the end of the war. They did not tell us, their children, their sons, everything about what they had been through or what they had had to endure. It seems strange to say but this is a beautiful obituary. Jeanne Keresztesi did make the world a better place and added to its beauty. Sharing times with her were always uplifting and memorable times that enriched my life. Thank you Jeanne!
