Not sure what to say?

She was the first cowgirl ever I met. With stories of far off places and exotic people, she left quite an impression on a once young nephew. I will remember her warm smile and kindness towards others for all the days to come. Rest in peace aunt Jeanne, rest in peace.

Our three children were fortunate to have Jeanne as their librarian at Yale Elementary. What a loving, kind, always smiling woman she was. Always eager to find the right book for a student. She was fun to talk with and always interested in others. She was an inspiration, loved and admired.

Your smile, your voice, the way that you laughed. We miss you so much Aunt Jeanne. You'll be forever in our heart, forever in our soul Aunt Jeanne. We will meet again on that Golden Shore. Until then, our love for you will sustain your memory.

My darling & most loved sister-in-law. Soft of voice & heart, never would hurt a soul, loving children though none were hers, caring for family & friends.Never quite attaining her dreams, but helping others make theirs come true.Such a gentle being - she must be with the angels.

Mrs. McIntyre was the best librarian I have known because she knew how to make every child feel special. If we had trouble finding a book, she had a gift of steering us in the right direction. She also had a knack of arranging for up and coming authors to come speak to the school - I still remember Marc Brown's visit - which inspired and excited us to read even more. We could count on her to help us after school with book reports and research.
I remember her coming to me in sixth...

Jeanne and I were elementary librarians in Richardson ISD. I loved her style, her enthusiasm, and her sense of humor. We had some great times at TLA which I will always remember. Condolences to the family.

Jean was a remarkably intelligent, caring woman & a beloved librarian at Yale Elementary in Richardson. I am sure students, parents & fellow educators mourn her passing. Sincere sympathy to her family.

We are sorry to learn of the passing of Jeanne, but grateful for her service to our nation with the Peace Corps in Peru.

Our Condolences,
The National Peace Corps Association
