Read MoreI remember sitting on Peggy's mom's front porch in rockers when visiting Peggy after surgery or some illness. It was so soothing and fun. I have heard so much from Peggy about her Mom that I feel I knew her. Rest in Peace , you were loving and unique.

From my childhood I remember Mrs. Preston as a kind, beautiful and charming lady. I used to play with Peggy and our family had many associations with the Preston family. I'm happy to know that she had a long and rich life and was able to touch so many in her special way. My sympathy to all the family for their loss.
