Read MoreI heard of Jeanne´s passing today and am so sad. She was lovely and so devoted to her late mother and her work. I recall helping her prepare for the sale of her home on Jewett Ave and then finding her hilltop ranch that she loved. She was so kind and lived so simply. One could not help but love her. I am so sorry to hear of Jeanne's passing. My deepest sympathies to her family. Jeanne was such a positive influence on me, growing up in Ansonia. We attended Annhurst together. I always admired Jeanne and her work ethic. She was the star in the sciences. One of my fond memories is making Jeanne leave the library to go out for a drink.
