She was born Dec. 14, 1918 in South Charleston, Ohio, the daughter of Henry A. and Florence I. (Brinsley) Ross.

What a fun lady! She gave pretzles to children who didn't tinkle in the Urbana City Pool where she spent her summers with us and our young kiddos Love you Miss Jeanne
