Not sure what to say?

Although more time has past, I still remember Evelyn and Jeanette in my prayers every week. Memories of loved ones are strong and last forever. And they were loved. ( and I will add Bernie!)

Mrs. Aranow was my teacher at Walton School in Springfield, NJ for 2nd and 3rd grade. That was in 1962-1964. 47 years later and I can still emphatically state she is one of the best teachers I ever had. I remember her reaction when JFK was assassinated - she taught us all how to react to such a grievous event. Mrs. Aranow was kind, friendly, and compassionate with her students, and was one of the first teachers to embrace "the new math" at the time.

To the Dolan Girls,
I was saddened to read of the death of Jeannette Aronow. I was a dear friend of Evelyn's and met you on several occasions. Once I moved to California and Evelyn died I lost contact with Jeannette. She was a wonderful woman who dedicated her life to Evelyn.
I am glad to see that you girls kept a connection with her and were there for her at the end.
My mother, Leah Fried, was a dear friend of hers. She died three years ago, and it is still...

Jeannette was a marvelous, compassionate, loving, generous and special lady. She will be missed by many.
