Jeannette was my aunt. She and I shared an interest in family history and had marathon telephone conversations on the subject. She was extremely intelligent and well versed in genealogy and every other subject.
She loved her family and her extended family. I always loved to see her at family gatherings. She had a phenomenal memory and we loved to hear her quote old family verses passed on down from her mother, my grandmother.
She will be missed by all who knew her.

Jeanette was my Aunt and was always interested in my little family now spread between Ireland and Connecticut. I travelled with Russell and Jeanette to England Scotland and Ireland along with my mother Marion James and brother Larry. Larry was tour director and we saw so much on those trips and felt like we were one big family. Those were the best of days.

Mrs. Peverly was a great friend of my late cousin, Rosamond (Roz) Whitney Kelsey. At Rozzie's 90th birthday celebration in 2008, Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Johnson of the First Congregational Church, UCC, of Milton, spoke and mentioned a group of older women who met with him periodically to talk about their lives and life in general.
