Not sure what to say?

She made female broadcasters acceptable when women were discouraged from watching football. I'll always remember watching her broadcast the super bowl, one of my all time favorite memories of football.

I looked up at her when she became the first woman to broadcast a super bowl game. She was so talented and seemed to be such a lovely person. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

I am so sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. RIP Jeannie !

My condolences go out to the Morris family on the death of Jeannie. She was a pioneer in the sporting world. She’ll be missed by many.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

What a great woman!! I am so lucky to have crossed paths along the way.

So sorry for your lose.
Prayers for the family

Having met Jeannie and her beautiful family in 1972 in Greece left an imprint on my heart that has not been forgotten. She was writing a travel book as their family (Johnny and 4 kids) travelled in a van through Europe.
My parents were staying in a very modest hotel when an early morning encounter between my Dad (George Morel) and Johnny Morris occurred. Dad recognized Johnny as we were also from Chicago and was a bit star struck meeting an actual former Chicago Bear!
I remember...
