A celebration of life for Jeannie Marie Tuttle, 70, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Yuma Mortuary Chapel.Born June 20, 1942, in Altadena, Calif., she died April 15, 2013, at her Yuma home. She was an interviewer for Michigan DES.
