Jed was a senior at James Monroe H.S. when I was a freshman. He and his pal, Mel Schwartz,
were the stars of the school and much admired by the girls and boys, alike.
My condolences to his sister and children on the loss of a loving, special person.

Jed was a childhood friend; He was a few months older than me. WE grew up in Parchester in the Bronx, NY. His parents, Nat and Celia were close friends of my parents. Jed and I went to camp together when we were pre teens I think. I remember he gave me a bloody nose in a camp boxing match I have not had contact with him despite the fact that I too live in CA My condolences to his family
