Dear Barb and Family, Jeff was a special kind of person. He was a part of the business community in Cascade while owning and operating the Libation Station , working many hours and having his finger on the neighborhood pulse. We employed Jeff in his younger years ,as one of our original staff. He was always dedicated and always smiling. He helped build our family business to what it stands for today.
