Jeff was a dear friend and colleague during our service on the Bloomfield Town Council while I was Mayor. Our friendship continued thereafter and we enjoyed discussing politics and family. Jeff was one of the rarest types of students to ever enroll at The Connecticut School of Broadcasting -- a non-citizen (at that time) with a very British accent! His passions easily overcame his unusual background and he quickly ascended the pathway to significant success as a well-versed announcer and wise businessman. Jeff and I met when he worked advertising and promotions for Copaco Shopping Center in the 1980's. And our paths continued to cross over the years. May his memory be a blessing .
