Jeff was one of those guys who was always there to cheer you up when you were down. After all these years when i would see him around the city we still would talk about the days of Cathedral. He will be truly missed

I am saddened to learn of Jeff's passing as I was out of town for a week and just learned of this. As his former co-soccer coach with his dad I knew Jeff was a brilliant and talented person, who will leave a legacy of love for his family. May God give be with his family in the days ahead.

I just noticed this and am shocked to hear of jeffs passing I am at a loss for words...I actually made my first communion with jeff then again we reunited while working together at the 99 in springfield...god bless Carrie and his kids and his family...he will be missed

To all of Jeff's Family I am so sorry for this loss. I am sure that we are all blindsided by this unexpected turn of events and if it has been this hard for me I can only imagine how hard it has been for all of you. I didn't really get to meet Jeff's siblings which I regret because he was like a brother to me and always spoke of his older brother and we just never met up. I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. I met jeff when we were in sixth grade playing soccer together for his father. I also went to Cathedral with Jeff and remember his ability to make me laugh out lound in the middle of class. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and God bless you all .
