Jeff Ramsey 1963 - 2020 Lowell – Carl Jeffrey "Jeff" Ramsey passed away on August 30, 2020 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville. He was born in Gaston County, on March 9, 1963 to the late Carl Ross and Athalee Brendle Ramsey. Jeff was a loving husband, father and grandfather and loved is family very much. He loved his cigars and kept a good collection of them. He was a very dedicated employee with Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home and Cremation Service. He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of East Belmont Baptist Church Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife Tina Hill Ramsey, son Jeffrey Scott Ramsey, and daughter Brittany Megan Ramsey, grandchildren Rylan Donivan Thomas Groff, Jaxon Gunner Gage Tessier, Alex Cole Ramsey, Kameryn Denise Ramsey and Carter Ross Ramsey. The family will receive friends Tuesday September 1, 2020 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home with a Celebration of life service at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home with Pastors Jeff Taylor and Mike Criswell officiating with Military Honors by The Gaston County Honor Guard. Interment will be at Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, North Carolina. Pallbearers are Jeffrey Ramsey, Brittany Ramsey, Alex Ramsey, Scott Jackson, Terry Dellinger, Bradley Bowen and Scotty Williams.
