Ms. Jimmie and All,

I am so very sorry for the lost of Mr. JD. I have such wonderful memories of him growing up. The one I cherish the most actually happened when I saw him a year after I graduated high school and moved away from Pensacola. He asked how I was doing and I told him I was doing really well, attending LSU, etc. He looked a little teary eyed, which I had never seen from him, and told me he was so proud of me. Having lost my own father in 1992, it meant so much to me...

I am sorry, I forgot to sign my earlier Condolences about J.D. and my Dad. I also, will never forget having to ride around the field to get to the Big White house in the back with the big ole Oak Tree's!

Jimmie, Jeff, Rosie, Mark and Tammy, I am sorry for the loss of your husband/Dad. I would like to share a memory I have of your Dad. Remember when your Dad and mine (Buddy) raised hogs/pigs? Well, I do and your dad saved me from getting a butt whipping. Your Dad came to our house, Nancy and I had to round up the pigs. So they could take them to Robertsdale, AL to the auction. After the pigs were loaded, my Dad told me to lock the gate on the trailer. Which I did. I would ride with them to...

Aunt Jimmie, Jefferson, Rose, Mark and Tammy, I am so sorry for the loss of Uncle J.D. He will be so missed. Lord I remember him and Daddy (W.D.) cutting up many times. We love you!
