ONE YEAR...It only seems like yesterday,when Jeff and I were at the WATER dept.In his job at the water department,Jeff did a lot of good works for the citizens of springfield.Many times he went over and above the call of duty,spending extra effort to see to it that the customers were happy with the job.He always put everyone else before himself. His adherence to the christian ethic is what will guaranty his entrance into heaven.What a wonderful roll model he was for all of us...GOD BLESS...

Sammy and all of Jeff's family, you have my deepest condolences. Knowing Jeff for a couple decades working together at the Water and Sewer Commission I can say the following.
Jeff Brown had one of the best souls of anyone I have ever met.
He was a good man, a sweet,happy, smiling man.
I will miss his welcoming smile. Remembering that and his always genuine warm greetings whenever our paths crossed. He was as they say "one of the good ones".
