I went to school with Jeff since elementary school at West View all the way through high school. We played baseball together for a couple of years before we reached high school. He was the catcher on our team. His older brother Mike was friends with my older brother Ramon. I remember Jeff once told me in 8th grade that he and I were going to rule the high school like our older brothers did. I think his older brother Mike even helped coach our team one year.
