Read MoreI am saddened to hear Jeffery passed away. I went to BIC with him before moving and graduating at manila. He was a cut-up in school, small guy with a big heart. I have not seen him in forever. Growing up in a small town, everybody knows everyone. But sadly we lose touch as we grow up and move away for jobs and family.
