It was my privilege to work on many projects with Jeff during my career at Bray Architects. My last project before retirement was a complicated design for the Lomira School District. As was the case for every project we worked on together, Jeff demonstrated his skill as a designer and a true professional; but most of all he was a good friend. He will always be remembered for his outgoing personality, and by the many people his projects have benefited. Jeff will be greatly missed.

My deepest sympathies to all of the Bahlings.
I worked with Jeff for over 20 years. He was the consummate professional...always positive and upbeat. He will be very much missed. He made a positive, lasting impact in this world with his creativity and design prowess.

You have my deep condolences over your sudden loss. I worked with Jeff when he was working on a comprehensive plan for the City of Onalaska parks. He was very much a professional.
