Jeff, a kind hearted nice guy I had the pleasure of knowing. He will be missed by all.

Jeff was a kind and generous person even as a teenager. He always had a kind word for all of the neighbors and children in Elmcrest. We lived across the street from Arlene and the boys. Jeff gave my 5 year old son his old skateboard which was one of my son's absolute most favorite toys. I think Jeff also offered to buy some gypsy moth caterpillars that my 8 year old daughter and her friend were trying to sell for a quarter a piece! Fond memories... Rest in peace Jeff and prayers to your family.❤
