We are so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. He grew up across the street from us in Bellingham. We watch him to from a baby to a bright young man to the wonderful many his parents were so proud of. He helped us out more than a few times. He was a strong boy and always willing to help. We have moved from Bellingham many years ago but never forgot him or his parents, they were wonderful people.
