Not sure what to say?

Jeff was a fun and generous guy to work with. Unfortunately, the social milieu within the State Controller and Office of Inspector General put too many demands and strains on nice people like Jeff.

I knew Jeff six decades ago...we lived in different towns and yet attended the same high school. I spoke with Jeff on Feb 26, 2013 and feel a profound loss for words. I have rarely spoken about this in the last 8 years. Jeff is remembered. He will always be a part of us, as we were apart if him

I had the pleasure of traveling with Jeff on our trips for work. We would talk about things on our long drives there and back home. He was a lover of music and I had great respect for this man. He loved his family more than anything on the Earth. He was kind and never had a hurtful word to say about anyone. It was an honor to know Jeff and learn from him. I'm so sorry for the family's loss.

Jeff was possibly the kindest coworker I ever had. His love for his wife and children was wonderful to see. He always had photos at work and spoke of them constantly. And he made the best Christmas tapes of wonderful music. I lost touch the past few years, and just learned of his passing.

Miss you so much Jeff. I never realized the sibling bond until it was broken by your death. You will never be forgotten. We will meet again in heaven for sure!

My sweet son, The pain I feel even after so long is like a wound that will never heal. You were and always will be loved and missed by all. Not a day goes by that you are not in my thoughts, tears still flow and my heart will never heal. I miss you. Lovingly, Mom

I'm so very sorry you had to leave so soon. God Bless you and your family.. I'll miss seeing and hearing you singing at the Clear Lake house.. Your were a good man with a tough job. R.I.P. Jeff
