Jeff lived right down the street from where we still reside to this day. He graduated with me in 1982 from the Parkland school district. Always remember his stories about wrestling and other things. My dad and Jeff's dad were good friends. Pigeon flying buddies! Jeff & I celebrated our 16th birthday together with our family's... We were born the same day. What a small world! I have so many good memories when the Beltzner's would visit my parents & we'd go to their farm. My condolences to family and friends. Jeff you will be missed!
