Not sure what to say?

Janis & Jerry, so sorry, don't know what else to say. So happy, though, that Jeff is with the Lord and free from the limitations of this life. Your friend always, Ron.

Sorry for your loss. God be with you.

I always picture Jeff in my mind in a tux shirt and purple bow tie from Jazz Choir at Shorewood. The tenor section here on earth will never be the same.

My heart goes out to the family. Praying for God's comfort in this time for you.

Enjoy singing with the angels Jeff!

JERRY AND JANIS BIRT AND FAMILY,
WE WERE SO SORRY TO HEAR OF THE PASSING OF YOUR SON, JEFF. WE ARE IN ARIZONA AND JUST HEARD OF THIS TERRIBLE NEWS. HAVING HAD THREE SONS OF OUR OWN, WE CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE SENSE OF LOSS YOUR WHOLE FAMILY MUST BE EXPERIENCING. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALWAYS.

Always wonderful when a good guy grows to be a great man. Jeff and I were friends in choir at Shorewood. Our prayers are with you, his family. Take comfort in the knowledge that, hard as it is, this separation will be temporary and you WILL see him again. He is home and watching over you. All my love, Alayne.

My heart goes out to the Birt family especially those beautiful children. Such a touching ceremony yesterday. Hug those you love.

Our sincerest sympathies to the family, friends and our Brother and Sister Firefighters of the Seattle FD as they laid our Brother Jeff to rest today!

RIP Brother!

Jeff was a great person, always so happy , Rest in peace now Jeff.

Melissa Jeff will alway be with you the sunshine in your hair the wind in the air he is always there, God be with you and your children.

Jeff touched countless lives and I feel blessed to have been one of them. I have so many great memories and am sad that we will not be creating new ones. I am glad you are out of pain and are looking over all of us. Your strength, faith and compassion will never be duplicated. I look forward to seeing you again my friend.
