Jeffrey Edward Boyd

Every time I enjoy a new life experience with my family and friends who knew Jeff, I'm a little sad. He should be with us here now enjoying these times. He always lit up a room and tied people together. It was a wonderful person and I miss him daily.

Jeff you are missed, even years after your passing. About a year ago I tried to call you but all of your numbers were disconnected. I didn't think much of it because I know you were living in Europe. I am sad to learn of your demise. I hope you are resting peacefully and pray for your loved ones, that they find peace and happiness here on earth, knowing that you are in heaven watching over us all. Rest in peace brother.

I was so sorry to hear that Jeff had passed away this summer in Ljubljana, which coincidently is my father's birthplace. As his freshman roommate, I have many fond memories of Jeff, especially our Spring Break trip to Savannah, GA in 1978. Jeff was remarkable in many ways, and I admired him greatly. I remember his love of poetry and literature. His leadership abilities were obvious to all, as was his charm. I will pray for Jeff and his family.

It was with sadness and happy memories of the past that I learned of Jeff's passing from the alumni office at K College. Even not having seen him since those days, I feel a loss to us all.

Jeff and I both started at K College in the Fall of 1976. We lived in Trowbridge Hall, in a part of the dorm called Luxury Row. Jeff's room was next door to mine, and he was the first other person I met as I moved in. Our little hallway community had some very bright and motivated people living...
