To My Father,
Although I was always here in Texas, I never forgot who you are and what you were to me. You got to know my children and that meant so much to me. We will always love you and never forget you. It is hard for me to comprehend the fact that I just can't pick up the phone and call you. I know that you are in a better place now. I love you forever!! Your daughter and grandkids; Stacey, Taylor and Chyna.

Thank you for a lifetime of memories....through childhood, teenage and adulthood! Phew,,,just saying this makes me smile between my tears as I type. May you rest in peace. See ya when I see ya. We'll meet again, and smile again. I love you and miss you so.

Dee, I know that you have lost your friend, confidont, husband.
Jeff was a great man with an infecteous smile and I am so honored to be able to call him cousin, and am thankful for being able to spend a little time with him the last time we were home. He said he was not giving up, and he didn't, he just gave in to God who has the final say.
Earth has no sorrow, that heaven can not heal. He is healed and is enjoying everlasting life. You are in our prayers. God bless, hold on to the...

To The Bullock Family:
My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Take comfort in knowing Jeff is in a better place no more pain and suffering and also knowing God makes no mistakes, it is just up to us to accept it. I was saddened to hear of the loss of Jeff but I said now he can be with his buddies that have gone on before him.
Sadly submitted,
