Jeff and I met when he got transferred over to the Safety Department. My dad worked with Jeff. Sometimes my brother & I had to go out to the tunnel with my dad. While my dad was fixing the problem Jeff & Mark would play barbies & G.I. Joes with us. He was fun loving guy. He will be missed.
