Jeffrey Lynn Campbell

Jeffrey Lynn Campbell, 51, of Council Bluffs, and formerly of Lewis, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at his home in Council Bluffs.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hockenberry Family Care in Atlantic. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31 at the United Congregational Methodist Church in Lewis, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery in Lewis.
Survivors include his parents, Larry and Sue Campbell of Lewis.
