This is heartbreaking. I have known Jeffrey, Jay, and Gennaro for many years. Jeffrey was such a hard worker as evidenced by his credentials. I remember when he was a teen, and he worked relentlessly on cars, and trucks at his Dad's property on Forest Park Avenue. He was quiet, grew to be a good man, who loved his family , and was so proud of the family he made, with his wonderful wife, Mary.
