It's hard to believe that it has been 16 years. I still think of Jeff or Jethro as I called him, especially when driving around Dowagiac. Jeff was just a good guy, big, happy, and a smile on his face.

Jeff was a good friend and classmate of mine thru med school. We occasionally were able to renew acquaintances when he worked at Butterworth. He will be greatly missed. Many prayers for him and his family.

Dear Donna, Matthew, Hannah, Heather and Madeline,
We are so sorry about the loss of your dad. He will be greatly missed. We have great memories of your home at Gun Lake. We remember when your Dad tried to teach Mike how to ski behind the boat. Your dad never gave up, but I don't think Mike stayed up very long! It was a fun day! Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Matt, stop over anytime OK?

It was in shock that I heard of Jeff's death. I knew him and his family from Gun Lake Community Church and later at Thornapple Valley Church. I attended adult Sunday school classes taught by Jeff at GLCC and will always remember the way he brought the Bible to life. He was a very friendly, happy person and I extend my sincere sympathy to his family and friends. He will be remembered with a smile, as he was so quick to give whenever I saw him. I pray for God's loving presence as you...
