My most sincere condolences go out to the Clingan family. I've known Jeff my whole life. Anyone who knew him was better for it. He was truly a good person. I know that God will take good care of him.

My cousin Jeff was a special person. He was so easy to like. I didn't get to see him very often, but when I did it was like we never missed a beat. My prayers go out to his wife, kids and the rest of the family.

So many memories and so much to say but so little time as is shown us everyday. God's speed Jeff. Never forgotten. Rest in peace my friend.
