My sincere condolences to the Collins family. My brother and I are saddened to hear of Jeff's passing. Chipper, as we called him, was always such a nice guy with a big beautiful smile. I have fond memories of him from High School and our gathering of friends. From backyard parties to New Years Eve celebrations we always had a great time.
