I remember Jeffery from childhood at Carlson Elementary School and Dunbar High School. Jeffery was a fun and loving person with a wonderful personality and a contagious pleasant smile. I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey at Echoing Valley, for 2years I rode in the bus to URS, to pick up our special residents and bring them home. He was always laughing and always had a kind word to say, we also sang alot of great ole songs together for the ride, my heart broke when I heard the news of his passing, I will cherish all the memories I have of him forever. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends at this time. Until we meet again Jeffrey. RIP
