Exceptional is the first and only word that appropriately describes Jeff. Only being around him a handful of occasions, I still feel as if knowing Jeff has made a positive impact on the way I approach life. When you look around the room and see someone having so much fun and being the center of the party, you can only want to emulate the guy.
