I met Jeff back in the Little League days . He was two years younger and a good friend of my brother Jim. Many fond memories of him and his Dad back in those days. We ran into him a few times the past few years and always enjoyed talking to him. Sending condolences and prayers from the Jollie family

Mike and Vi West: Jeff was a very nice young man to know and work with. We were partners on a cell tower lease in Vancouver. Jeff and I enjoyed a racoon hunt when he was a teenager. We are so sorry to hear he is gone. His memory will be with us always. Mike and Vi
