Karen,

Cathy and I extended our condolences over your loss. Jeff was a great guy who always had a smile and a warm handshake. You and the family will be in our thoughts.

Jeff was one of my favorite troopers. His love for the State Highway Patrol will continue to be an inspiration to all of us who love the OSHP. Jeff will be deeply missed.

I never met Sgt Dallas but I encountered him a number of times as fellow customers at Tim Horton's in Pataskala. It was easy to see that this man was gracious, cared about the well-being of those girls at work (including my daughter) and he added a highlight to every day he stopped in there. Prayers to his family and friends.

Rest in Peace Jeff. OSHP 125 classmate and a great man. You will be missed.
