Not sure what to say?

OMG! One of the pains of no longer living in Ithaca is missing news of people I knew who died. I worked with Jeff at American Community Cablevision right after College. and it was the best group of people I've ever worked with. Jeff was super nice and a hard worker. My deep sadness goes out to his loving family! I'm sorry I didn't know earlier!

Although I haven't seen Jeff since riding the school bus with him, it sounds like he continued his youth through adulthood as a kind and well liked person. I'm so sorry for your loss, and sorry I didn't have the opportunity to know him as an adult.

Always happy, always smiling - God Bless you Jeff!

We always appreciated his upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor when he stopped by our Northwestern Mutual office for deliveries. What a shame that he passed away! Condolences and Blessings to his family and friends!

Jeff made so many deliveries to the SPCA, and is remembered fondly as kind, helpful, and always friendly by our staff. He loved his dog Erin so very much, and she was amazingly loyal. Thank you to his family for your generous contributions to the shelter in memorial. We are so very, very sorry for your loss.

Jeff was one of the most polite, genuine people I've known; very sorry for his passing. He will be missed dearly.

My heart broke when I learned of Jeff's passing. It always made my day at CFCU to see him stop in for delivery. He always went above & beyond to do his job and he made a difference in the lives he touched. My heart goes out to Tim & the rest of Jeff's family.

I am stunned and saddened by this tragic news. I have known Jeff since 2001 when I first came to Ithaca and worked in the research park. Jeff was always friendly, and he really made a point of remembering your name and connecting with you during the daily task of deliveries.
His sudden passing is very sad, a true loss to the Ithaca community. My sincerest condolences to his family. May memories of his ever present smile and kindness bring you comfort during this very sad time.

Jeff was a gentle and giving person. He was our next door neighbor and family friend and like a son to my parents. Because of Jeff's unending kindness they were able to remain in their home much longer than would have been possible. I have so many memories of the Dougherty's and you are all my thoughts and prayers at this time,
