My deepest condolences go out to Jeff's family and loved ones. We grew up as neighbors. Although Jeff was ten years younger than me, I always remembered him running around and full of energy. Back in the mid 80's I would go to the local skating rink in Skaneateles. There I would see Jeff as I believe he was a rink guard. My goodness, Jeff could skate circles around most anyone.
