Jeff was one of my first roommates when I got to Germany in 1989. We hung out together often, deployed to Saudi Arabia and went to a Metallica concert in Munich. He was a smart, funny, and unique individual. I am sorry to hear of his passing.

To all the duty family, there are no words that adequately express sorrow at such a time; however know that there are those that have experienced a similar situation & understand your grief. I always enjoyed talking w/him & catching up on his life when I would see him at his father´s house in Orland. Jeff was a fine man, served his country w/honor! My heartfelt condolences!
