I only knew Jeff recently from Saturday morning golf. Having lived in Moscow recently I enjoyed his cosmopolitan and informed view of the world and his better than average golf game. I'll miss his ready smile and the roar of his special Mustang.

As Commander of D/3-52 ADA, Jeff did an outstanding job in a demanding 24 hour, 365 day mission environment, ensuring that his soldiers were always well-prepared and well-led. He served his country well. May he rest in His peace.
