Not sure what to say?

OMG! Can't believe that it's been 4 years already. Gonna have a cold one on you Dufferbean!!

Jeff was a kind and considerate person, someone of character who was respected by his colleagues. He made a valuable contribution to the City of Harrisburg as Director of IT. We should all be appreciative of his significant efforts to helping the City and its residents.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Much Love and Light as you navigate through this difficult journey. Sincerely, Gary&Wendy Kemble & Tashi too

I always liked Jeff and am shocked to learn of his passing. He was ALWAYS a friendly fellow and always stopped to say hello or send a wave when we met or passed in the street. I hadn't seen him since his move to Lower Paxton but I certainly thought of him often and will remember him always as a stand up, friendly and strong man. He will be missed.

Jodie, I am so incredibly sorry to learn of your brother's passing. Please know that I am thinking of you and sending lots of hugs and hope for your strength during this difficult time. Wow, what a shock! We had such good times together at your place on Gerald Ave and the trip to the beach. Blessings and peace to you all. Jen

Rest in peace good friend, and classmate. I toast a cold one in your honor.

Jeff and Tom were my first friends when I moved to PA as an awkward kid from Canada just going into 10th grade at Blue Mountain HS. They both made me feel welcome. Jeff was truly a gentle giant and a good friend. We had lots of great adventures and fun times together...trapping, opening days of trout season, hunting with Foosy, pond hockey, high school days, Bridge of Sighs, Burger King, cold ones, etc. Dufferbean, you will be sorely and sadly missed but memories of all of escapades...

Jeff and Tom were my first friends when I moved to Pennsylvania as an awkward kid from Canada just going into 10th grade at Blue Mtn. HS. We shared lots of adventures together and fun times...trapping, hunting with Foosy, opening days of trout season, pond hockey, movies behind Deer Lake drive-in, lots of cold ones, Burger King, etc. There are so many fond memories from those days. Jeff you are sorely and sadly missed but memories of all our escapades together will live on. God bless you...
